Made to an original recipe and only by members who have signed the Charter of the Vaud Society of Pastry Chefs, Confectioners, Chocolate Makers and Ice Cream Confectioners. The “Bouchons Vaudois” are enjoyed by everyone in the Canton and beyond.

In January 1948, Alfred Anex, president of the Vaud confectioners’ association at the time, came up with the idea of creating a confectionery speciality that was typically Vaudois.
